C) GCC residents can apply for an E-Visa:
The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Tourism announced that residents of countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) can now apply for a Saudi tourist e-visa, no matter the profession. This is just one of the recent changes Saudi Arabia has made to its visa rules to get more people from other countries to visit the kingdom.
The Saudi e-visa, besides allowing visits for tourism purposes, also allows one to visit Saudi Arabia for Umrah visits except during the Hajj season. There are both single-entry and multiple-entry options for extra convenience.

3 Eligibility and When to Apply
You should meet the eligibility requirements to be issued any of the above Saudi Arabia visas. These requirements are;
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- Applicants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian apply for an E-Visa on their behalf and accompany them.
- The passport must be at least six months valid when applying for the visa
- GCC country residents must have a valid ID card for over three months.
- Applicants must submit individual visa applications for every immediate family member and accompany that person into Saudi Arabia.
